ebticars collects dealer inventory data through automated means, including scraping, for marketing and indexing purposes. By agreeing to these terms, dealers acknowledge and consent to our collection of public inventory data from their websites or feeds. This data is used strictly to promote the dealer's listings on ebticars for the benefit of both sellers and buyers. Dealers who do not wish to participate may contact support@ebticars.com to request opt-out options.
ebticars features a special category of listings known as eBTIs, which includes rare, collectible, and JDM vehicles. The accuracy, historical background, and title verification of these listings are the sole responsibility of the seller and the buyer. ebticars provides visibility and marketing only. When eBTIs are auctioned, such auctions are controlled by ebticars and subject to separate auction rules when enabled.
Auction features, when available, may allow buyers to place bids on selected listings. ebticars may or may not be directly involved in such transactions and will advise users accordingly when auctions are active. Participation in auctions is subject to additional terms specific to the auction system, including rules on bidding, reserve prices, timing, and final sale conditions.
Users who submit listings (dealers or individuals) are responsible for ensuring that all information — including pricing, condition, VIN, mileage, and title status — is accurate and not misleading. ebticars does not independently verify the accuracy of listings and does not guarantee the availability or condition of any vehicle.
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own research and vehicle inspections before proceeding with any transaction.
ebticars may provide tools that redirect users to official or third-party resources, such as the NHTSA VIN Decoder or vehicle comparison tools. These tools are provided for user convenience only. We are not affiliated with any external service providers and do not guarantee their content or availability.

ebticars offers various subscription packages with different features and pricing tiers. All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period.

Users may not post listings containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: stolen vehicles, vehicles with altered VINs, or vehicles that violate applicable laws.
Users must not engage in harassment, spam, or any activity that disrupts the platform's operation. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Users may report violations through our support system. ebticars reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.
Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant ebticars a license to display, promote, and distribute such content on our platform.
The ebticars name, logo, and branding are protected intellectual property. Users may not use ebticars branding without explicit written permission.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all content they post. ebticars respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid copyright infringement notices.
ebticars is optimized for modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Users are responsible for maintaining compatible browsers and internet connections.
ebticars is accessible via mobile browsers. Mobile app terms, if applicable, will be provided separately.
Any public APIs provided by ebticars are subject to separate API terms and rate limiting policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ebticars disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform, errors in listings, third-party integrations, auction outcomes, or vehicle conditions.
Users acknowledge that they use the site at their own risk and are responsible for verifying all transaction-related information before purchase or sale.
